It seems that last night was all about Dan. I guess winning the POV has put him in a good mood and it shows. So here’s a sampling of Dan’s night in the spotlight.
I always get a kick out of watching the guys in front of a mirror. One thing about Dan though, not an ounce of fat anywhere…

I hope y’all had a great weekend. We were off to Knotts Berry Farm where the fried chicken and blueberry pie are delicious and the rides are just so-so. But, like the American Express ad says, time spent with your 17 and 20 year-old…priceless!
So, did you ever think about what life would be like living on camera 24 hours a day? You can’t pick your nose or scratch your (whatever) or contemplate life while gazing up at the moon? This LOONNNGGG video shows Memphis doing just that. I must admit I did FF through parts of it!
We all know that Dan won money being America’s Player. I think $20,000? Now, April has approached him and offered him $5,000 to take her off the block. This would bring his take to $25,000. So, believe it or not, he’s considering it. This next video shows him in the HOH with Renny discussing it with her. Two thoughts…First, if Dan takes April off the block doesn’t this throw her honey Ollie under the bus? I guess it’s every man/woman for themselves. Actually, I agree with that. April should be playing for herself and not worry about anyone else. It’s just that I don’t like April at all so I’d rather see her gone this week. Second, what the heck is Dan thinking? Why would he go up to discuss this with Renny? Does he think she’d say “go ahead change my nominations”? Hopefully, he has some kind of strategy in mind that I’m not figuring out. Hopefully…
Finally, we have April and Ollie. I included this video just so you can see the worry lines on April’s face! LOL She knows the party’s over and she’s desparate to do anything to have Thursday’s outcome go her way. Here’s hoping she doesn’t succeed!

I have to admit, when CBS started showing the houseguests prior to the start of BB 10, I did not like Dan at all. They made him out to be this male chauvanist pig. I’m not seeing that in the house so he’s either an academy award actor or CBS was just trying to stir up interest in the show. But the more I watch him, the more I like him! I love his ability to stay below the radar and that he’s smart enough to NOT win competitions. Until now…
As you may or may not know, Renny put up April and Jerry for eviction. Yesterday, Dan won the POV!!! Of course, I think this probably means some houseguests are going to start figuring out that he’s been throwing competitions, but its getting to that point in the game that he has to start making his move. My immediate thought was “bye bye Jerry” but is that the right thing to do? Check out this video and you’ll see I’m not the only one unsure of who should be evicted. Will Dan take Jerry off the block and put up Ollie? I know I would. That two-some has gone on long enough.

Good to see the HOH switch back to the “other” side. That makes for fun BB watching! I’m focusing on Memphis today. The first video is Memphis whining on and on because April won the designer clothes. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a straight man carry on so much about clothes. I guess its just jealousy because he had to wear the onion necklace? Still, you have Keesha sitting there listening to him. She can’t stand April but she’s not going on and on about it the way Memphis is…too funny! The second video shows Memphis taking a LOONNNGGG cold shower. He explains to April why. I’m thinking there might be another reason. LOL Either way, watching Memphis take a shower is always fun!

I spend a lot of time going through the videos that show up on You Tube that pertain to Big Brother 10. Sometimes there are a lot of good ones and its hard to choose one to put on this blog. Then there are days like today. Not many videos posted and those that are just put you to sleep. The houseguests don’t seem to be doing much of anything. So I picked a video that shows you the boredom firsthand. Dan is out in the yard talking to himself. I’m surprised he hasn’t dozed off, I know I was! Hopefully, something good or at least amusing will happen soon. Love bbgal08

A short video with Memphis, Dan, Keesha and Michele not doing much of anything! LOL What’s kinda funny is Michele’s reaction to Dan asking if he can use her HOH bathroom. They are all convinced he’s America’s Player and that he’s making $$ with everything he does. I bet he wishes that were true!

Hi Everyone! Happy Monday! I always loved that Mama’s & Papa’s song! Knowing BB, Monday probably can’t be trusted and, as usual, anything can happen. Hard to tell where everyone’s alliances are right now but here’s a vid of Dan & Memphis trying to sort it out themselves. The question is will the alliances be the same tomorrow? By Thursday anything can happen and usually does.
Next is a very short video of the BB10 houseguests dancing. I wish it were longer and we could get a good look at Jerry. I could use a good laugh.
As I’ve said numerous times, not very much goes on in the house except for game play. These guests are intent on winning that $$. Of course, there’s always April & Ollie…but enough is enough. I’m also curious why there has been such a ban on alcohol this season. Last season, the houseguests were given beer/wine pretty regularly. Aren’t they all bored from sitting around and talking constantly? I was really sick of beer pong last season but even that sounds good to me right now!

Hi Everyone! Yesterday’s POV contest ended with Jerry the winner again. Libra and Keesha are trying like “heck” to get the house on their side. The houseguests had a special dinner last night that included alcohol. Keesha had a bit too much which makes her already screechy voice go even higher. Ouch! I had a hard time listening to her. It seems that the fighting, defensive posturing went on for a long, long time. I’m sure this goes without saying but I’ll say it anyway the “f’s” are flying on these.
